We have re-entered the wonderful world of goats. We have now added a small herd of Pygora and Pycazz goats to our barnyard. Our two pet Nigerians are not in the least impressed with these new hairy goats!!
Will shortly get some background on these for you to read. Just posted some pix as we had twins on Jan 3, 2009 and a little black buckling on Jan 6, 2009. All adorable with lots of silky hair. (And yes, they are in our house on the sun porch along with two of our cavaliers and one macaw!)
We hope some of you will fall in love with them as we have. We don't milk them, don't eat them, just shear them twice a year and sell their fiber. We were fortunate in getting goats with lovely colors. We have black, gray, white, champagne, brown, and caramel. One buck is Pycazz and is champagne in color. The other buck is Pygora and is caramel. Both are very handsome boys. Fiber from all the goats should be simply awesome. Some will be sheared by March.
We have beautiful Raw Fiber for sale! Colors vary: Pure white, gray, caramel, light champagne, and black. Some Pygora and some Pycazz - $7.00/oz as raw fleece.
